Do you take insurance?

Clear Communication Therapy is certified to provide out of network therapy for clients with Tricare East. HSA cards are also accepted. You may check with your insurance plan to see if out of network benefits for speech-language therapy are offered. If so, you will receive a Superbill that you may submit to seek reimbursement.


Are there any grants or scholarships?

United Healthcare Children’s Foundation offers grants to fill the gaps between services a child needs and what their commercial health benefit plan will pay for.

Clear Communication Therapy is a registered provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship (formerly the Gardiner Scholarship). Children with special needs who are not enrolled in public school in Florida are entitled to these funds. Students with speech, language and specific learning disabilities are now eligible.

Small Steps in Speech grants families approximately $1,000 for speech therapy provided by ASHA certified providers like those at Clear Communication Therapy. Deadlines for applications are February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1.

When do I pay for services?

Self-pay services are paid online through a paperless system at the time of treatment. I can provide a paper or electronic copy of the invoice or superbill at your request.


How much do you charge for services?

Fees start at $67.50 per therapy session depending on each meeting’s length. Evaluation rates start at $175. Evaluation rates vary depending on the testing and reporting options that are requested.
