I am Dorothy Train, a speech-language pathologist and I love my career! I opened Clear Communication Therapy to provide a boutique experience for adults and children in need of speech, language or literacy support. Valuable experience and training was gained in each organization where I have worked over the past 20 years. But, I wanted to have more time and energy to devote directly to my client!
